Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our business — offering digital/virtual products and instant access — refunds are generally limited. However, we offer a 10-Day Full Refund Policy on our [Foundation recorded course], calculated from the date of purchase.
Memberships, Subscriptions & Upgrades
● Upgrades and higher-level memberships (including software subscriptions) are based on your experience in the [one on one sessions, live group sessions and recorded courses]. By this stage, you are aware of the quality of our services. Therefore, refunds are not available on these purchases.
● Community access and membership programs (e.g., private groups, councils, leadership memberships) are non-refundable.
● Any refund request after 2 days from purchase of the live workshop will not be entertained.
